Elizabeth Gardner is a marketing and business strategist, author, professional speaker, and transformational leader. She has authored three books, including "Chicken Soup for the Entrepreneur’s Soul", and delivered the keynote address to a multitude of professional women, business owners, and entrepreneurs. Currently, Elizabeth is leading a team that has achieved the highest levels of recognition in their business and that has been an integral part of developing opportunity for a new generation. Personally, Elizabeth is a dedicated leader who leverages empathy, experience, and an unending belief in others to help them become the people they want to be while building a business that will sustain the life they want to have. Prior to LegalShield, Aysha had many employment and entrepreneur roles: waitress, manager for her family business, driver for rideshare companies, and ran a successful website design company. She started her LegalShield business very part-time until her LegalShield business surpassed her other modes of income. Aysha was immediately attracted to the company crusade for solving two issues North Americans currently face: unequal wealth distribution and unequal access to the justice system. Today, she is the Regional Manager for the state of West Virginia.

She supported her husband in business by attending major events and incentive trips, all while giving primary focus to their children with school and sports activities.
